Webinar Breakdown

See the full patient-acquisition system —not isolated marketing tactics.

Most practice owners have spent significant money on marketing with results they cannot explain or verify. This course traces the patient’s path from first exposure to scheduled treatment and identifies the five points at which dental practices most often lose them.

Participants will learn how to evaluate marketing performance, assess agency proposals, and distinguish a lead-generation problem from a case-acceptance problem—the owner-level competencies needed to oversee marketing without running it.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the major channels in dental patient acquisition and the economics of each.

2. Identify the five points at which prospective patients are lost between first contact and scheduled treatment.

3. Evaluate a marketing report or proposal using measurable performance criteria.

4. Distinguish a lead-volume problem from a conversion problem within your own practice data.

5. Define the components of a functioning marketing operation and the owner's role in overseeing it.
